Necar Zadegan is a German actress born on July 20, 1982, in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. The actress holds German citizenship and later acquired American nationality. Necar gained fame for her role in the show after she was awarded the role of The First Lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 TV action-movie.
