Jillian Noel Hennely was born on the 25th of November in 1968. She is an accomplished Canadian actress and performer who has made an important contribution to American TV. She was a star in American television series Law & Order, where she played prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh in six seasons. Hennessy has also showcased her talent as an actor through films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and independent movies Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class in which she worked on her scriptwriting and co-directing muscles. Hennessy's acting career began in 1988, when she and her sister played twin callgirls in Dead Ringers. She starred for a brief time on Broadway performing Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story, before moving into science fiction in 1993 as Dr. Marie Lazarus. In the same year, she was appointed the assistant prosecutor Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order.
